Check Settings and Cookies
Delete Chatterbox
a.
Go to "Start" > "My Computer" >
"C:\ Drive"
b. Locate the "Chatterbox" folder
c. Right click on it and select Delete
d. Close your C:\ Drive window
e. Go to next #2.
Configure Internet Options
a.
Go to the menu "Tools" > "Internet Options"
> "General"
b. Delete files.
c. Go to the Security tab and click on the button "Default
Level". The internet security options should be set
to Medium.
d. Go to the Privacy tab (in Windows XP only) and click
on the button "Default Level". The privacy options
should be set to Medium.
e. Click "Apply" then on "OK".

B.
Try Logging In Again
Follow these instructions if you are:
Using Windows 98
a.
You will get a security warning. Click yes to move forward.
b. You will Get a prompt for "Conference Client Install".
Click on the "Install" button.
c. It will ask you for your login information.
Using
Windows XP
a.
You may see a yellow Alert Box just under the last
of your toolbars at the top of the screen prompting you
to "install ActiveX controls". You can
install the controls by right clicking on the yellow alert
box and clicking on "Install".
b. You will get a prompt for "Conference Client Install".
Click on the "Install" button.
c. It will ask you for your login information.
