Step Six:

Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer

Click on the link below to make sure your computer has the latest Internet Explorer components.

Click Here --> http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

1) - Let windows Update scan for missing components
2) - Follow instructions to install all updates listed (You can leave out all the multi-language updates)
3) - Close all Browser windows and Restart Computer

Once you have updated, try logging in again.
